This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

hey everyone the flooring, not the floor mirrors... just the wood is at reflex sims 2 and under walls and floors is the second row far right... the brown wall in pic three is also reflex twentieth row of WALLS and is the middle, although im guessing ulmille added the white lines in HC(easy to do yourself)

It seems that you need at least one expansion pack for these stairs to show up in the game.

Other than that, great fence and stairs
