I had that too but it is a long time ago. I think i got it fixed with MCCC copy Outfit Options but can't say exactly what i did.

Hii! For some reason whenever I reset my sims' bathing outfit, it would just change my sims' outfit and they're all EA clothing so I'm pretty sure my ccs are not the culprit here

It should only affect the Bathing Outfit and no other categories imo. Did you test without any other Mod/CC and cleared Cache?

Hi, actually it just changes my sims' bathing outfit into a different one, sorry for not being clear before. And yeah, I tried a vanilla game and deleted localthumbnail, avatarcache & lastexception files but the issue still hasn't been solved sadly

I had an issue with a "stuck" EA Shirt on my mermaid a while back. The only thing that solved it was to use MC Command Center and use the copy outfit feature or so. I am not sure how exactly i fixed it with MCC but maybe it will help you with this sim?
