So much attention to detail! It looks absolutely stunning for your first lot, Arisuka! I'm going to love having this in my neighborhood.

I love it! It reminds me of my son's apartment in NYC. I did find some routing problems however. My Sim can't use the frig and the sink in the bathroom because of the items around it. I moved the frig and table under the sink so she can use them. I love the way you had it better (as far as the aesthetics) but I had to play this lot! It's perfect for LN. By the way, I put it where the fire station was.

This is great, but I am curious to know if you were able to get NPC's to move into the lot after moving your own in there, all the apartment buildings I have made refuse to let NPC's move in they just remain forever empty.

I just love all the little details of your lot and your pictures are great, very atmospheric. If this had been made with a computer crashing every 30 minutes, I can't imagine what you could do with one that is working perfectly...

Awesome work!

This apartment is just awesome. Too bad I borked my game "a little" and can not play the lot as much as I'd like yet but I placed it near the bridge, moved my sims in immediately to see how fast I fall in love with the house. It was very fast indeed! I hope your computer behaves and we see more lots like this from you. Thank you for sharing.

Love this lot--I added this lot to my customized version of Bridgeport and am using it as the legacy house for my band!

So funny--the NPC that is living in the downstairs apartment is a magician (tee hee!). Seriously, this lot is made out of pure awesomeness--perfect for my grungy Brooklyn-esque neighborhood.

Hey, is there any reason for this lot not to appear while being placed in the neighbourhood? It's not the EP, nor the cc.
