Just to say her hair is in fact black not brown; see the photos I provided or Google search her, refresh your memory by playing the game maybe or watching her on any YouTube video. Or have a look at the Mass Effect Wiki, found here if you scroll down to the bottom under the Trivia section it states;

"Early ideas of Miranda pegged her as a blonde, but once they created her Cerberus uniform, black hair seemed to better complement the "femme fatale" look."

Although in some photos of her in outside scenes her hair has a lighter brown hue to it, which is often the case with people with black hair when outside in the sun light (personal experience, my hair is black) so I see where your coming from on that .

I am currently working on a new mass Effect Sim as I’ve said before but cannot give a time estimate on it. I will be making most of the cast of Mass Effect 1 and 2, with a few exceptions such as Tali, there is already a perfect Tali on this site I don't feel the need to make another.

Hi, I may change my mind at a later date but at the present time I will not unfortunately be making any Mass Effect Sims for the Sims 3.

I'm sorry but I only own the Sims 3 and two expansions and have only played them a handful of times. I really don't like the Sims 3 and I wouldn’t know how to make something like this for the Sims 3 as I have never tried to make an outfit for it.

Someone did make a version for Sims 3, not sure if it's available for download. You could ask though Miranda Lawson Sims 3 just to give you a link there.

Hi, I'm sorry I'm not sure why she wouldn’t be showing up, have you tried all the advice in the install instruction tab and on the first page here? If so I'd have a quick look on Google. Get back to me if you can't find anything.
