I've wanted these for soooo long, any chance you can make Zabrak horns and hair patterns?

Preferably separate. The hair then the horns as an accessory.

okay, I am lost too. I just put the mesh in my downloads and then I get the color of my sims skin? Is there anything else I need to download? Very lost. anyway I love them, they are fabulous.

I deleted all my older twiliks because they did not have any mesh for the teens or toddlers. thanks

do I just install the mesh or do I install the files that say '"recolors" too?

Nope that's it. You've got it ~ you've got the mesh package in the Sims2 Downloads folder where it belongs. Now you can either start the game or open body shop where you'll find the tail(s) in the custom section of hair and the head crowns in accessories under glasses.

Now with the folder that says recolor_sample, with all the .bmp files? Those are just there if you wanna do some recolors using bodyshop, & photshop, or Paintshop Pro. I put those there as samples to help you get started on your projects for the public or personal use. Otherwise just trash them.

Might I also suggest when creating a Sim using the lekku? You may or may not need to shrink the human ears down so they won't peak through the Twi'lek ears. And also, if you already have a sim created from some other time, and the ears do in fact peak? Then I would go into bodyshop and clone her, and adjust the ears down. So now you'd have a twi'lek version.

Hey did you get unconfused? Confusion is awful, I know this better than anyone. Makes you wanna split your self and go two ways.

Thanks so much!! This is great stuff - it looks so authentic!!!

Is there any chance you could make it so that they move a bit when your Sims move, like in some hair meshes? Right now they're static - they're still wonderful, but if they could sway a bit it would be completely real.

These are so awesome, now I just need some lekkus for males to finish out the entire species.

Thanks a bunch! These are most likely the best Twi'lek Lekku out there! I agree with the Idea to make Lekku for our male sims. My families look odd with only the girls having the head tails... Also, if you have any free time... Would you consider making a sim version of Aayla Secura (From EU and Ep. II/III)? Thanks again for the great Twi'lek stuff.

EDIT: I tried to re-download the crowns because they weren't working with my Bodyshop... Something about the Textures... But now it won't let me redownload them... With either Q-express or manual download.... Anyone else having this problem?

Ok i'm gonna have to fix them and then re-upload them. I think the problem is with the crown jewel, The game thinks it's a pare of glasses and the jewel is the lens, and since there's actually *not* suppose to be a texture file for the "lens" it's relying on the ~frame texture, which it's not really supposed to do. So there's a texture miss-match going on. They may work on some computers, but maybe not all.

Please send me a private message if you're having an issue with these crowns. In the mean time all get to work on merging the whole mesh together so that the crown can be commented as the "Frame"

Yeah, some lekkus would be great for the guys. These are really awesome though!

This may sound like a stupid question, but you included recolor samples for the accessories, how can I get those into my game? I've been trying to search all over this site for a tutorial of some sort and I can't seem to find it.

This is FANTASTIC. I've been looking for a good twi’lek mesh for a while. I had another one but it was a bit stiff.

I LVOE YOU. LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS.

Nice! Also, I just figured out that, if I hit all of the little keys (like, "Internet", "Search", "Calculator", ect.) at the top of my keyboard, then it makes a creepy beeping sound... Especially creepy if I don't know what the heck caused it. xD Anyways, great download, and somehow, the beeping noises made it all the more entertaining.

Love how they automatically change with the skintone. Wish I knew how that was done. I'd like to see if there's someway to apply that to accessories such as tails, elf ears and horns. Get tired of having to make a new color for every skintone.

Anywho great job. Will be much used.
