That's a wonderful addition to the build mode set. I does remind me of some of the really nice designs from the Sims 1. Thanks so much.

You've done it again Moon Ez - the balcony is gorgeous. I really think they should give you a "special" title under your name - perhaps "The Master of Wrought Iron". While I enjoy all your creations, I've not seen anyone else do the wrought iron as well as you. Thank you for sharing!

This is great! I've been looking and wanting a balcony like this for my buildings. I just wish I could use it. (I can't open rar files). But you did a great job!

Thanks you so much! I rarely download buildmode stuff for some reason, but I knew I couldn't live without this! If I didn't have to study I'd fire up the game immediatly and make that particular semi-perfect house über-perfect! :D

Amazing job!

Can you make the window from TS1 Unleashed that is similar to this balcony? It was the window that had 6 panes I believe and a bar across the bottom.
