Hey dont ignore me.... please

I have a problem...

First, I had your update in my game and I created the clothes of so many superstars with your default underwear skin but I had to renistall the Sims 2 blablabla and I lost all my downloads now I downloaded it and it doesn't appears in the game or in the BodyShop...!!! What do I have to do to have it again in my game?
