Cool! I love it!

"Tell me," said Magrat, "you said your mummy knows about the big bad wolf in the woods, didn't you?"
"That's right."
"But nonetheless she sent you out by yourself to take those goodies to your granny?"

OMG That is great, I love it.. is there any way to change it to a community lot.
I used to have a pirate ship for a restaurant in hot date and would love to do the same with this in night life.

I've used this for about 3 sim days and yes it is very playable, I did miss a shower, but I used the communal shower on deck and it works great. My pirate simmies love it too.

My Pirate Queen Emerald daydreaming on deck.

So for this I say THANK YOU soooooooo much. :D

Oh... never thought my neighbourhood lacked something like that, but now, when I see this I know it does!:P
Amazing work. When I saw the pictures, I thought it was actually a new object rather than a ...house. I can't wait to try it out, and again, thanks!:D

Sure there is. If you have University it's incredibly easy to do since it involves a cheat. Follow these steps:
1) Ensure that there are no sims on the lot.
2) Enter the lot
3) Bring up the cheat box and enter the following text:
ChangeLotZoning Community
4) Remove the mailbox and garbage can from the lot
5) Add the telephone booth and the “Right Away” community trash-can
6) Save the lot

If you don’t have University, you may also change it through SimsPE, and Carrigon covers these steps in her tutorial found here: [url]http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=6505

Initially, I had created this lot as a vacation-type community lot for my sims, and then used the same method to convert it to a residential for this upload. Hope this helps you.
