The 5x6 lot estate is expertly landscaped conforming to the traditional rules of formal horticulture, with room to add a more personal touch.
In addition the house comes with select wallpapers, flooring and furniture to maintain exclusitivity.

update: i have made a version which plays better in the game and is alot cheaper and also not as much cc. I will upload it if i get enough demand for it.

Update 29 Aug 2006: if u havent gathered by now im not the most organised person on earth and have abandoned my simming commitments badly!
Due to the busy and messy nature of my student life right now, it looks like i wont get around to building until a whole 5 weeks time, in my college break.
That means the millionares mansion version 2.0 wont be done until then. I know i said i would do it ages ago but work comes before games, sorry.
I will try and create a clean version and less complicated so its more playable. If u have content u wish for me to include because it will look better, post a comment and I will consider it along with a link.
Will update u guys soon
Losonogo
P.S thanx for all your support too it does make me feel good to know u enjoy my lots (when they work!)

Update 29th Nov 2006

Hi again MTS2 fans
I have finished college i cant believe my luck! This means mansion rebuild time!!!!!! I have to download my own work in order to edit it lol

The new version is done and have uploaded it, i hope it works better than the last, there was less game lag with this version.

The differences between the homes are three levels have been removed thus small stair cases have been removed also, a driveway is now included and the main door is a vast improvement.... oh and also fountains have been reduced as it slows the game down to much.
The price is also reduced to around $400,000...hey u still gotta be rich to live in this house!!

If you want to make this house work faster and cost less, its advisable to rid of some the plants!!

The photo is titled newer version if u want to compare :p

There is new content for the newer version

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

It doesn't show up in my game either! I have every EP, so it would work, and I have house I've downloaded since befor (I mean so I know how to do). when I double kilcked on the simpack, it said that it was succesfully installed, but my download folder had exactly the same amount of mb -- nothing happen' in other words...

I can try to download it again of course...
and that cheaper version would be nice

Ahhh, it's not showing up in my sims bin either. /:' I'm getting all worked up.. it's such a purty house and I can't see it in game yet!! ;_;

I hope eventually I can figure out what I've been doing wrong, but it seems like alot of people have been having trouble. A less-laggy version of it would be awesome though, since my computer is a pile of whistling clicking ticking crap.

It takes two to tango, but you only need one to disco.

L.S.
As seen in the messages above a lot of people are having trouble to get the mansion in the game, the same problem for me. But there is a way to fix. Once you double-clicked the ''Sims2Pack'' 59 files will be copied to ...\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Teleport. They will be removed when you start the game. In this Teleport you should rename all *.sims2tmp extensions to *.package. Then move the largest file (about 5,3 MB) to ...\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\LotCatalog and rename it like the rest of the files in that folder (like cx_00000025 if you have got cx_00000001-cx_00000024 already in that folder). Finaly move all other files to your downloadfolder (...\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads). Then start the game.

It's really nice. But since I downloaded this, it messed up my downloads folder. My Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer went bonkers on me because of this house...

Edit: This also doesn't show up in my bin.

I think the problem is with this lot is the house got so big and the changes were huge it probably corrupted the file. It has been bugging me for ages and is the only thing that makes sence. As for the cheaper version, it was a altered from the original house file so is probably has the same problem so by the looks of it the house was good in concept, but to big for the game to handle!

For those of you having trouble getting this beautiful house into the game, I was having the same difficulty. I used Q-Xpress to install it like I do all MTS2 downloads and it never showed up in my house catalog. However, I re-downloaded and installed it manually and there it was. This was a couple weeks ago and I notice that since then there's a new version of Q-Xpress - I don't have any idea if the update changed anything to do with this particular problem though (but I updated anyway).

Just thought I'd add my experiences in case it helps any of you.

hi i just wanted to say that this was a bit confuesing on a part but i did copy the file and pasted it in ''lotcatalog and name it the next numder form what was the last there, and pasted it to downloads too and it worked,it showed up in my lots bin.

But the lot is still bugy,i was in the lot doing some changes to the decorations and i was ok for like 2 mins then it crased,so as long as the lot dont crash ur game that will help u,i did not get to try a family in the lot scens it creashed.

but to let u know the lot if a great pice of work but the kinks needs to be worked out,i would love it if u would make another lot that is really nice like this but not so hard on the game,i have a good computer but it just messes with the game its self, any way hope this helps, good work even tought it has faluts.
