This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

How about another new window?

Are you and your Sims tired of putting in that big shop window as your big front window? Well I feel that this will solve your problems. It comes in four colors: white, black, light wood, medium dark wood, and dark wood. Thanks to IgnorantBliss for letting me use her textures.

So, this window is four tiles wide, and one story high. It lets a ton of light in your Sims' houses.

Polygons: 1765 - not bad at all for a four-tile object

Price: 459 - highish (whatever you want to call it)

Catalogue Sort: Build Mode/Windows and Doors/ Single Story Windows
Once again, feel free to make recolors but always link back to here for the mesh. No pay sites please.

If anyone has any window/door requests, PM me. I'm running out of ideas of what to make!

Happy Simming!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I love the idea of this window, and went ahead and placed it in my game. However, I deleted it almost immediately on seeing how it looked once on a wall.

Why? My nitpick about this window (which is otherwise fantastic) is that the front and back meshes don't meet each other. There's a noticible gap if the wall is down, for instance, between the two sides.

Thank you for making this, though I do hope you adjust the alignment at some point. If you already have and I just didn't notice where you updated (I see nothing in the description area at present), sorry to have bothered you.

Either way, I'll check back later.

Wow... your nice, I was new to meshing back then, and no, I do NOT plan on updating if ever. If you want better quality, make it yourself or see my three tile set... The rest of the 37000 that have downloaded have not complained as you do....

Reason: typos are an absolute lifesaver!! i am currently building some 1960s style houses using original pics and floor plans and was stressing about getting the right look for my windows and doors. as i have never meshed anything i was dreading having to try to create them myself, but then i found your stuff and it's absolutely PERFECT!!!! THANK YOU!
