This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hello !

Here is my new "Super Realistic" Palm : the Washingtonia filifera (California fan palm/palmier jupon).
There are 6 sizes.
This version don't replace the old, you must delete it manually in the game.

Please, don't recolor my news meshes, don't use to make other object.

You can upload all of my palms/plants with 2 simples rules :

- NEVER in a part of PAY item, because I share my work for FREE !
- Give appropriate CREDIT AND LINK to the download on ModTheSims2.

INFO : the sky is made with the New Weather atmosphere by Chris997 on MTS2

Good game.

Aaah! Yay! Washingtonia filifera is my favorite among the palm species, and I must say you did a marvelous job creating them. I can't thank you enough for sharing this set. By the way, you definately make the most realistic and beautiful palms for The Sims2. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your hard work

Wow these are great. I have one question though, how do you get the skies all pink and dark grey. They look really realistic.
