I have been downloading star trek content with great pleasure from this website, especially the borg stuff. However, i couldn't find any borg drones at all, not anywhere online!
So... impatient as i am i tried to create my own Borg Drones. Since i'm not familiar with meshes and all that stuff, i did a recolour of a standard Maxis Outfit.

I also created a Borg skin, also a recolour, to finish it all up.

Here i present to you the start of your own Borg Collective!

(That is... if this whole upload thing goes alright.. First post new forum :') )

Ive been using brushes from this site to create these recolours:

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Special Installation Instructions
  • If you get an error that says "This content requires expansion pack data that is not installed", please use either Clean Installer to install this sim.

I just hoped someone would eventually design Borg skins to go with the Borg collection on this site, thanks a lot!

You could just add the skintone and the suit et voila, you have seven of nine

...Not to be picky, but- at least in my game- the skintone looks more liked a mottled gray color than anything.

well, i dont quite know what "mottled gray" is, but hereby i attach a few larger images of the skins in MY game. I personally run the game with high texture detail and i have an 128mb videocard... I have no idea what it would look like on a pc with an older videocard with lowerdetail... Even in low texture detail on my machine the skin still looks alright.

anyways, im not a skin maker at all, so this is pretty much my third attempt at recolouring a skin. Its not realistic at all, but it has abit of a borg-feel and im content with that.
