This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
here i made a babydoll for my sim kids... if i was younger i had a babydoll like this, it was my favorite one to play... every little girl like to play mummy =o)

Nice work... it'd be a bit funny, tho, if one had a real baby at the same time and thought the toddler was pulling their little sibling's leg... There'd probably be a bit of a second-glance there...
