Just downloaded and installed - I only have TS2 and Uni and it works! So for those without Nightlife it should work. Not sure if it would work with the original TS2 though...
Thanks TKDJunkie :D

I downloaded the diving board and ladder the other day, and built a lake, but my sims wont use the diving board, but they will get in and swim. Way cool. Thanks.

Thanks for the link to the tutorial. I made my own swimming hole, it was rather easy. But when I had a Sim swim I thought I had made a mistake. The animations has them dropping to a lower level then diving and when exiting they float up then climb out. So I tried your pool to see where I went wrong and found out that it's just a limitation of "trick" and that we must be stuck with that till someone figures out ho to change it.

PS I placed spike light "in" the pool since its only ground anyway.

They call me The Seeker.
I've been searching low and high.

can you not just download a rar extractor?
tkdjunkie was kind enough to make the lake, provided a link to a tutorial, has outlined the reasons why she doesnt do zip and has provided copious amounts of links to rar extractors

Just letting people know I tried it with base game only - crashed my game. But it's a terrific idea.

I'm sorry the lot doesn't work in the base game, jaykay13

But I know that the tutorial works in the base game. If you follow the directions in the tutorial, you can make a lake too

Thank you for letting me know that it doesn't work -- I'll update my post to let other people know too.

Thanks for the reply, guess I'll just have to stop downloading and spend time doing something constructive like trying the tutorial.
