Title: Newbie Road 14a [NL]
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 19.968
Lot size: 3x2

Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content: 1 x Wallpaper, by myself

Description:
Starter house for 2-3 sims, fully furnished, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove, an easel and a swing in the garden. There's enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Only by adding a second floor.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Why does it require Nightlife? All I see in the pictures are original items...

I actually made it before installing NL (i.e. in the original game), but packaged it after. That's why it requires NL ... only that by the way, I don't have Uni (because you say "all three expansions").

Hey, I was just poking around for a couple of new houses for my game, and now, an hour later, I've found myself downloading pretty much all of your houses--thanks! Beautiful and practical.
