Title: Newbie Road 33a [NL]
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 19.993
Lot size: 2x3

Nightlife expansion required.
No custom content.

Description:
Starter house, furnished for 1-2 sims, two floors + basement (expanded version of #33), porch in front and back. Lots of room for a starter, but very sparsely furnished. No landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
5 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, bookshelf. NO smoke detector. Enough room for a driveway.

Expandability: Basement can easily be enlarged.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

1. I said that before I think ... I don't *make* them that fast! Three houses a day, that would be scary! They're taked from old (hilly) neighbourhoods that I've peen playing -- I rebuilt them on flat terrain a while ago, and made some more as well, and now I'm just uploading them little by little (I don't want to flood the site with 50 houses at once ... not everyone's interested in starter houses I think).

2. Why should I? This site is excellent.
