This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

I had a request from someone who just wanted to be able to use the outdoor trashcan that comes with every lot in buy mode for a movie, so after many hours of trying to figure out how to get this object in buy mode and get it to show up, here it is and I would like some people to test it to make sure it works on their game.

It seemed so simple once I figured it out, but for hours it seemed hopeless, then I finally got it to show up in buy mode but it was invisible, so then that is when I realized what I was doing wrong and went back and golly gee wiz I got it right.

There is no color change to this, just the can, if you want different colors by all means change them, but I am done for now.
Style: Retro
Room: Outdoor
Maxis Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I deleted my own on one of my favorite lots yesterday when someone kicked it over. It's replaceable with trash compactor, but still glad to get it back.

I'll test it and edit this post.

Tested. Shows up fine, works fine. You can't naturally place it where the default trashcan goes because that spot is out of bounds, but moveobjects solves this.

Ah, so fond of moving my trash into a closet off of the kitchen, but then they have to wander into the house with the paper to recycle. Now, I don't have to choose. I can choose my favorite answer to almost everything: "Both!" Thank you!

Wonderful, thank you.
