I made these by requests. Here are 2 default replacement sets of my eye colors - "New realistic eyes" and "Reflective eyes".
Install: Put the extracted packages into My documents/Ea Games/The Sims 2/Downloads
Uninstall: Delete/Remove them
Note: You may use only one of these sets. You have to chose - or "New realistic eyes" or "Reflective eyes". They'll not work together

You can find the whole "Realistic" set here - http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=112500
And the "Reflective" set - http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=121980

Barcelonista - I so love your eyes!!! Is it possible if you could make the brown one a bit darker? I don't have black eyes, but I have dark brown eyes and the brown in this set is too light for me (it's for my self-sim). Thanking you in advance! :D

Thank you so much!
I wonder if its possible to make the default dark blue in your realistic eyes a bit bluer and a bit lighter?
Good job!

VkToriA, chose some color that you like from the whole set, the link is above and I'll make it.
I selected the colors randomly, because I made almost 40 shades for the realistic eye set and it was very hard to me to decide which to include in this default replacements
