This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a new painting mesh that is perfect for your Sims' shops. It fits perfectly above cash counters and is high enough to be visible to all your shoppers :D

Nightlife is required for the mesh. It costs $900 and provides a room rating of 6. Face count = 246 and vertex count = 417.

The mesh is colour enabled and you may recolour at will but please link back to this post for the original mesh. Feel free to post recolours on another site but please don't post the mesh - just link to this thread. And please do not post on pay sites.

The mesh works fine in my game but please let me know if you have any problems with it in your game.

I've included a recolour with this post. I'll be adding more recolours in a separate post.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Thanks everyone - I love reading your comments!! I'm on the search for more antique-looking images to use with this mesh for your boutiques and shops. Hopefully I'll have more in the next few days.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
