I love Echo’s new farm set and Mickyss’s farm animals and plants. So what better way to celebrate them then to dedicate my new farm to these wonderful modders. I hope both Echo and Mickyss will forgive me for my audacity. :D

EchoMickyss Farm sit alongside a small stream which is frequented by swans and wild ducks and approach is thru a curve bridge. It is a small farmstead containing a cottage (with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and an office.), a vegetable plot and grapevines and appletrees aplenty. It also has a milking barn with 2 cows providing fresh diary and a chicken coop providing fresh eggs. The new owner will also enjoy the use of a small greenhouse. There is also a roadside area to entice passerby to your produce. This farm will be sold with live stocks, furnished and landscaped at an irresistible price of $91,525.00.

NOTE: You will need to download the “All EPs - Farmers' Set (With harvestable crops, electric fence & social scarecrow)” as Echo has requested that this object not be cloned or redistributed, so that any possible bugs can be identified and fixed before the files spread. The file can be downloaded from here @

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

It looks amazing! The greenhouse looks great, and the bridge is gorgeous! You're an extremely talented house designer. This puts my poor little sims' farmhouse to shame! I guess they'll be moving into this one... As soon as they earn enough money!

I was hoping that Echo's new set would inspire designers! I am nowhere near as good as y'all when it comes to making houses. Thank you so much!

I dunno if they will actually make it, but some of the questions in the official survey (which I managed to take before it closed) were "Would you like ridable horses/milkable cows". So at least it's been discussed at Maxis apparently. Those people know what we want! I also told them I want answering machines and babysitting. Please if any Maxis people read this, release Farmlife before Vacationlife. Or if you absolutely have to make Vacation 2 (grumble mumble), put ridable breedable horses in it.

Thanks everyone for your wonderful responses. Sentiments like these from you guys is like the cherry on top of the cake. This farm would not be possible without modders like Echo and Mickyss and RGiles and all the other fabulous artists who all took their time out to make our game so much more enjoyable. And all these items are provided freely to the community. All I did was like wrapping all these presents into one. LOL :p

Echo you are too kind. My measly effort pales in comparison to yours. :bandit:
