After a short vacation i have build a new house in victorian style. I used a plan and i have tried to build this house as accurate as possible after this plan. This is a 5x6 lot and costs 98.700 §.

This house has on the 1st floor
- foyer
- family room with fireplace
- livingroom
- diningroom
- large kitchen with breakfast corner
- 1 bathroom (toilet)
- utility room

and on the 2nd floor
- master bedroom
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 toilet
- 1 dressing room

On the second building has
- laundry
- utility room
- garage.

This house is not furnished but you can complete all rooms, because it's very easy to found the function of all rooms. It's suitable for a family with 2 kids.

I used the following custom objects:

- Brasstex' castle rooftops: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=54257
- Mickyss' plants: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=72660 and http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=73594
- SimVeggie's plants: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=64361
- 4 Ever Simfantasy's plants:
http://simfantasy.free.fr/Sims2/sims2.htm

- Custom walls and floors (by me)

I hope, i dont forgot other custom contents. My other Victorian lots can you find here:

I hope you like it. Have fun! Please don't forget the THANKS button !!!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Are the plants and roofs included in this file or do I have to download them myself? If I have to download them myself just which plants from the creators listed do I need?
