This centuries old Norman church was recently converted into a spacious family home. Strangely, the family who carried out the work only stayed a few nights before moving out. No-one's quite sure why, though there are plenty of rumours.....
The neighbours round here are full of tales of graveyard hauntings and unnatural stirrings within the crypt. Such things can't be covered up by a coat of paint and a few carpets, they say, and some places are best avoided by right-minded sims. It's all nonsense of course. Everyone knows there are no such things as ghosts and vampires.
Don't they?

3x4 lot, 60,354 unfurnished. One main floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus steeple bedroom with en-suite shower and a spooky crypt. Outside, graveyard and space for driveway.

Note: Tombstones NOT included (sorry - don't know who made them).
One custom wood floor by me, everything else by Maxis.

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Always wondered what would happen if you moved into an old church ~ Now I know. Looks good.

I'm an optimistic pessimist - or is that a pessimistic optimist? I'm never sure.

Just so you know, I've actually managed to play eight Sims on this one lot with only one bathroom (and minimal cheating, too): two elders, three adults, two children and one toddler.

I also love playing in this lot. Just like a REAL old church out of Europe... Thanks!

Eight sims on one lot? The queue at that bathroom in the morning must be horrendous!

Anyway, thanks for the comment. It's really nice to know you've got so much use out of this lot.

I adore this lot. After my harddrive crashed I went searching for it and I'm so glad to find it again. This is one of my favorite CC lots, truly. I create three vampire sisters who live here and kill townies for blood, their graves litter the front lawn.

Thanks, Enigmma. I'm glad you found it again and hope your vampires will be very happy there.
