Hi everyone! I promised myself that I wasn't going to create any more houses until OFB came out, but it appears I lied. Today I felt a little creative and came up with a little something. I really like it and I hope you do too!

2104 Potter Street
This is a lovely 2-story home on a 3x4 lot. The house is not that big and has a very comfy feel.

Interior
3 bedrooms - the 2 childrens bedrooms can accomodate 2 children each
4 bathrooms
Seperate dining area
Pool, swings, sandbox
1 car garage
Fully furnished, Landscaped and Decorated
No custom content, hacks, packaged with the Clean Installer Price §193,721

My Models are not Included

ummm...because sims are stupid they would rather walk out to the yard instead of eat in the dining room. If that bothers you, just delete the table in the yard or put a decoration on it. Enjoy!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

WOW! This is the first house I've ever seen that I LOVE! It is just great! Everything is were it should be! Great Job! However, the only downside is that my computer wont be able to handle it. I'll still download it just in case. Keep it up!

Sure, I can build you a home with a 2 car garage. Do you have anything in mind or do you just want me to be creative?

How do you make the roof at such a relaxed slant?

Yeah... alright, you can PM me to request a house I suppose... Might take a while though as forewarning...

Good question.

I've got a house were the roof angle is something like that, but I have no idea how it happened... Didn't do any tricks or anything like that, I just used the auto roof. I haven't been able to make it happen again. It's horrible....

And btw, those low walls (like those in the garage), how do you make those or where can I get them?

(Yes, I'm new to the finer arts of building houses. )

Use the cheat <roofslopeangle 35-75> choose a number between 35 and 75 depending on how you want the slope to be. 35-lowest, 75 highest.

This is an amazing house. I can tell a lot of thought and work went into it. I'm looking at it saying to myself 'how did she do that?' You're great! keep up the great work! My next project will be learning how to attatch a garage to a house on foundation. Thanks for the inspiration!

The roof slope is at 15 for all of you wondering. It's 2 pieces, one for the 2nd floor and one for the first floor. glad you all like it!!

here's a tutorial for attaching walls to a foudation without the distortion for those that want to know how I got the walls in the garage. http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=104184 so thanks to Jonesi because I couldn't do anything without having known this! Know this. When you place a garage door the walls will always be distorted. The garage door goes on the bottom floor and when BP CFE False is on it raises the second level. That cheat has to be on otherwise the wall will just block the door. Any other questions, just post here or pm me.

Now a question for all of you. I recently downloaded a house that had a garage on the side with the garage door facing the side of the house. I would like to make sideways gargaes so if anyone knows how I would appreciate the added knowledge. Thanks and I'm so happy that you are all enjoying this house. It is my favorite!

Thanks! The roof code is great, it really opened up a lot of possibilities.
But I didn't understand much of the wall thing so I guess I'll just wait for ofb. Hehe
