This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
I had a number of requests for traffic signs to compliment the traffic lights, so I put together an example of each shape (there is one missing, a largish rectangle.). One or two have a recolour to go with it. Please feel free to add to this collection if you want - there are some great sites out there with sign pics

The donor object was that revolting pink flamingo. I think this means that a grumpy Sim will occasionally kick at a sign or try to push it over...
