Better looking eyes for the genetic freckles

Ok, I hope my pictures meet the qualifications this time, and that there is no other problem.

Thing was, I wasn't very impressed with my previous efforts making the actual eyes for my genetic freckles. So now that I found this tutorial, I have made some new eyes for them.

The freckles still use the alpha from Helaene's place for the light freckles, and a somewhat modified version of the same alpha for the more distinctive freckles. This is because I havent quite got the hang of frecklemaking.

So I hope you guys like these eyes better than the last ones!

Oh, in case you are wondering; the freckles is attached to the eyes, and will therefore be inherited with the eyes.

yeah, your eyes look a lot nicer than the maxis ones. i'm gonna try it in my game. (and this time, no creepy picture! yay!)

Excellent work and idea for the genetic freckles attached to the eyes! However, might I suggest you try using a variety of alphas for the freckles, because not all freckle patterns are alike.

A Sim without Freckles is like a night without Stars!

Well, that would be a very good idea. However, when you inherit a particular eyecolor, the alpha sort of comes with it, doesn't it? Does anyone know how you could achieve some kind of random patterns?

For now, you have to pretend that you can't see that the freckles are identical.

I could put different freckle-pattern to the different eyecolors, but then again, I didn't make tha alpha. My own attempts were miserable... =(

I really love your eyes - they are so much /deeper/ than the maxis ones, and so much more colorful than other custom ones! Well done! (I hope you make more colors someday.)
