Title: Newbie Road 54 [NL] - Under 30.000
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential

Cost: 28.016
Lot size: 2x3

Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content: 1 x Wallpaper, by myself

Description:
Small country house furnished for 2-3 sims with room to spare. With fireplace, garden, and room for two cars. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trashcan, 2 x burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove, a dresser, a fireplace and two driveways. Please note that due to the custom roof, you'll need moveobjects on in order to place objects on the left and right walls of the dormer (where the plants are standing now, and opposite to that). This is because the ceiling is too low otherwise.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Jealousy would be far less torturous if we understood that love is a passion entirely unrelated to our merits.
