Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Kogumi Temple features a gorgeous Torii Gate at its entrance. It is a beautiful Japanese pagoda, with the traditional low-angle roof with uplifted corners. It is roomier than it looks, since the basement provides a pool and two large rooms. I built this temple for Samurai training. At $69,943, this gorgeous 3x3 residence is affordable, for a pagoda.

Kogumi Temple is part V of the Shozen series. Check the Residential Lot Downloads for other parts.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi en7en! Very happy to see you again: You and your wonderful creations. You are a
great teacher and a great creator. There are a lot of things that I am able to do after reading your posts and learning (yes!!!) your famous "Pagoda Tutorial".

You uploaded new masterpieces during last night ( in France!) and seeing the new downloads today meant somewhat to me :"The Easter Bunny is still busy and gave us some delihtful eggs..."

More seriously, thanks so much for the wonderful temple:Its so beautiful and so perfectly built that its breathtaking. Thanks again for sharing it with us.

en7en you might be the master in building but now I’m wondering in what kind of house you live in. I'll bet it doesn't got pagoda roofs.
