Spacious Home with Downstairs Shop!

This beautiful three-story, red-and-cream home is more than it appears! It has all the makings for a small-to-medium home business just inside the door.

A tour of this home reveals an 8x6 shop on the bottom floor, which can be expanded into the living area as the business grows, or alternatively converted into a garage (for the non-entrepreneurial types). On the first floor, there is a large study, spacious dining area and kitchen, and immense living room, as well as two bathrooms, one attached to the shop. Upstairs, there are a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with a large bonus room in the attic. The grounds have a pool and fine landscaping.

It is built on a 3 (wide) x 4 (long) lot. The house is decorated sparsely in whites for those who like to redecorate, and furnished minimally, with relatively inexpensive merchandise, to give you a low cost of just under $77,000. This lot should not require Uni, but definitely requires OFB. I am not certain if it will run without NL or not (if someone finds out, let me know).

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi shinelikestars!
I like your version of the house, and it' cool you made a shop instead of a garage.
It's very similar to my "Timeless Beauty". I love this kind of houses...
5 stars =)

Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I commented on your house too, at the time I built this, I didn't know how to make sideways driveways and a front drive would have ruined the side part.

Hm, I now your prob. I didn't do a "sideway-garage", but a "sideway-house", because I didn't know any better . Thanks for your reply =). Greetings, Katha
