Compact XI - 2x2 One Story Lot with Ready-to-go Beauty Salon

Hi Folks!

This is my first 1 story upload, which I think is enough for a single sim (or a couple). It’s a 2x2 starter lot (19.999 simoleons), which means it’s furnished with essential itens. Nothing very fancy, I admit, but with a good plus – it comes with a small beauty salon, so you can create your sim (or family) and put him/her/them to work pronto. Kinda off “plug-and-play” stuff…

There’s room enough for a driveway or a nice garden in the middle. There’s also room enough for more than one sim (or couple), if the family grows. Just raise another wall near the bedroom, put a door on it and you’re done.

I hope you like it.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Yay, a starter house I like without a basement! Great house Ed, this is exactly what I need, simple but not boring design, excellent use of space and no basement (need it for Veronaville). Thank you so much. :D
