Dear MTS2 Fans.
English is not my indigenous language --I am Thai-- so this thread might have some silly grammarically mistakes.
This lot's size is 3x5 Medium.
Its theme color is Brown&Yellow.
The roofs and layout of this lot are inspired by thai traditional house.
This is example of how thai traditional house's roof looks like --it is 'Jim Thomson’s thai house'.

I used only Maxis' Objects since I found it is more challenging to create a lot with only Maxis'. Because it is harder to make each lot different with that limit objects&styles.
Located on beautiful lotus pond, this wooden lot has Restaurant for 16 sims and Restrooms for both genders on the 1st floor.
Game room with Pool Table & Dart Boards and Small cloth shop on 2nd floor.
Book shop with bookshelf for knowledge sims to read while waiting for other family members doing other activities, and Small fitness center with exercise machine in 2 small buildings on the back of big main building.
Sorry! You need to refurnish the exercise room because I have made a mistake by put exercise machine next to each other so sims can not use them. You need to delete couple of them then refurnish and try again.
I think this lot looks exceptable comparing with my other thai inspired lots --this one is not my masterpiece, nor crap.
I try to use lights to create exotic&cozy atmosphere to this lot --romantic candles' lights at restaurant.
Comment appreciated.
Best regards,
The T

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
