Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Very nice! Especially for so cheap.

It actually kind of reminds me of my Grandmother's house...

Its big & its cheap! Gonna Live it Love it!
Plus it is well designed, perfectly layout and extra plus it has an underground sloped garage!

The Budget Buster Series is gonna save my sims a heck lot of simoleons...

P.S. : Now have to worry about the furnishing though, especially when your sim has 20k simoleons to start off and they already bought a 20k home (round off)...

Can always sell a tree or a bush, some sections of the fence, and if the fridge is empty, remove a wall or two for some good coin, and get plenty of light into your home

I downloaded the house and it doesn't have the driveway in it...When I try to add it, it doesn't conform to the slope...How can this be fixed?

the driveway would have over exceeded the costs, and to add it on a slope of the angle would look unnatural, inorder to be able to place the driveway on flaten terrain then by turning on boolprop constrainfloorelevation false, you could then raise or lower terrain then add flooring over top of it

I did the boolprop cheat and it still ended up flat(ie: it raised the terrain). it cannot function without the driveway so having a car is useless...Unless you did it for looks

There is just something about this house that just looks really magnificent.

Never look down on anybody unless you're helping them up.
