Hi Folks!

I've been asked to upload furnished lots and til now I couldn't to that because of CCs, which we can't distribute. So I decided to furnish this Compact with Maxis (mostly) and upload it complete. As I've put A LOT of furniture and deco stuff in it, the price raised to the roof (101.708 simoleons), but of course you can get rid of the things you don't want before moving in your sims. Without any furniture the price is about 26.000 simoleons.

I uploaded the Furnished and Unfurnished versions, so you can pick the one you want.

I included some objects I've downloaded from MTS2 - there was no restriction about distribution in the respective threads (except, of course, the prohibition to upload them in paid sites). Because of this, I think it would be nice if you could pay a visit to the linked MTS2 threads and thank the creators for them (if you haven't already), just pressing their thanks button.

Here are the main characteristics of this compact:
1) This is a 2x2 lot with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, hall, kitchen, TV room and garage. I call it 2 1/2 Story because the basement is half wall from the ground - which lets the sunlight breaks in. The house is big enough for a regular family with kids. The rooms are decorated accordingly.
2) It comes with a basement garage. Because of that, you must put the lot in higher places (not near the beach), otherwise it can be flooded.
3) As I said, there are a lot of non-essencial objects that you can remove before playing in the lot: deco plants, aquarium, pictures, fireplace and even a guitar (in the boy's room). I've put all this stuff because my sim family's profile .

I hope you like it!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I am loving this series. Even with my high-end system, I find it tedious to play really huge fancy lots. These compact ones of yours are so much easier to play, modern, interesting, and gorgeous to boot! Thanks!

Thanks, everyone

That's true, I like more playable lots. When I was still learning about this game, the first lots I downloaded were really beautiful, but expensive and a little too big for my machine. Besides, when my sims had babies, it took forever to go to the kitchen and feed them...

After this learning time, I gave up the "motherlode" cheat and then the price became an issue for my unwealthy sims... So, the Compact Series had to be playable and affordable

That's quite hard to make nice things in so little space, though... I always have to choose what will be left behind. Sure, I'd like to put a nice pool or an peaceful garden for my sims, but...

Well, fortunatelly there'll always be "Corville" or "Nengiville" to play with whenever I need a pleasant and beautiful lot after a hard day work...
