This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
This set was requested by ghogin. Actually she came up with the whole idea! I just did it. It contains recolors of Sandy's (ATS2) Moderline bedroom and study 002 sets. the meshes are also posted. There is also a recolor of Phelana's 3x3 floor rug and elephant pic (meshes posted).VitaSims2 curtainsDesign 2.(you need to follow the posted link to get the curtain mesh. Thanks to all these creators for allowing the use of thier meshes for recoloring. you will also need the latest CEP files by Numenor installed for some recolors to show.

its probably because i'm new, but i have read the guide, and the for some reason (again i have read the guide) it won't work for me. Just one more thing, where exactly is the mesh on vitasims2.com? I cant find it
