try to use downloader software (DAP, gozilla, getright,etc), maybe the download was not completely finished.
or use internet browser that has build in download manager like Opera.

If the problem persist, tell me, I will check the file.

I've downloaded him and put everything in the download folder but for some reason...only the items are showing (His clothes, eyes and hair) but not the sim himself? X_x; Did you meant for it to be this way or am I doing something wrong? ^^;
