Welcome to the Canal Street Grocery. Grab a bite to eat, let the kids play and then restock the fridge before heading home.

This is on a 2x3 lot. The road has been covered with a building so that it doesn’t visually disrupt the ambiance of all that water and the canal. It is pictured here with QuinSepiaSquared’s water world neighborhood background -- isn’t it wonderful! (You can get it here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=169909 ) We have begun work on a series of lots. If you would like to join in the making fun, drop a line here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=169680

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi Bonnie,

now that seems like a fun place to hang out.
Loved it the first time I saw it in the creations section at Komosims too!
Your building style is as always original and colorful, it really works well

Love it! Love your idea of forming a water world (of sorts). I wish I knew how to do something constructive and helpful but I'm not even close to being ready to do that. Just know I'm in your corner rooting for you and hoping everything is pretty smooth sailing on your project.!
