This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.

Here are 3 Vintage Candy posters for your general/corner store, candy shoppe, gas station, etc...

The first poster is "Carmel Tootie Rolls" it is a recolour of the Sims 2 original poster "Civic Idol".

The 2nd poster is the classic "Tootsie Roll", a recolour of "Engineered Angst".

The 3rd poster is "Black Bat Licorice" a recolour of "Civic Idol"

Hope these will be useful to someone! Cheers!

Me either! They sound good, I googled it, and it looks like they were available during WW II,but not since...

1896 Tootsie Rolls debut, introduced by Leo Hirshfield of New York who named them after his daughter's nickname, "Tootsie". Cool EH?
