Title: Sims In The City - House #2
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential
Cost: 54,018
Lot size: 3x2

Requires University, Nightlife and Open For Business
Scanned with Clean Installer and is play-tested

This is the second in the ‘Sims In The City’ Series by Eedgan Construction Company. The most appealing element of this home is the cost – for a mere 54,018 simoleons you too can have a luxurious family home in the city.

It has a small but quaint little garden, with pond (toy boat for pond included!) and includes a single garage. The ground floor consists of a large living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom.

The upper level has a study area and a reading nook. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This cosy abode is suitable for 6+ Sims and is fully furnished.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Hi eedgan, thank you for this nice city house, it's so well done that I don't think to make any modification (I make always some, even if little). I'm waiting for other lot of this new project. Kiss and ciao.

I must say thank you for this house. Mainly cause it's very hard for to find a nice house with 4 bedrooms when I've been noticing my Sims have more children now.

Most of the nice huge houses only wind up having 1 or 2 bedrooms which isn't enough most times at least for me lol

I like this house, but when I went to play it, the walls were missing on the bottom floor. I see walls in your pictures, so I'm baffled. ?

I believe that unlevel walls were used in the building of this house. Look at the link for this:
