Do i install this in MyDocuments/EAgames/Thesims2/Downloads ?? i tried that twice already but when i go into the neighbourhood and go into the lots and houses bin its not there. what am i doing wrong?? please help!

This looks awesome and thanks for encouraging me to download all the Simstone stuff, but I have no EPs and this seriously crashed my game. I had to go searching for through my files to delete it. Maybe it need an EP?
