Lot was cleaninstalled, so I'm sure there's no hack included .

I have all EPs, so I'm not sure which ones are required. For sure you need Nightlife (for the garage) and I'm quite sure you need Open for Business (for the black Minimal Fence). Can't know if you need University too

Enjoy it. Hope your sims like it as mine .

Thanks for looking .

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This tutorial was really helpful to me .

The only thing is that there it says that lots on "L" street seem to workk better. Actually I think that lots "along the street" work better.

Thanks everyone .

Where did you get all of that furniture from? I need it!!

Anyway, the house is great, and just what I was looking for. Except that it's a bit too mod for my traditional Hawaiian neighborhood. lol!! But it's really great, since I too know how hard it is for poor sims out there. :-P

Thanks a ton!!

What a fantastic starter house! It doesn't look "starter" but it's priced "starter" ... GREAT job! Thank you for sharing this so our "poor sims just starting out" don't have to look like "poor sims just starting out". Oh, one question ... would you mind telling where the ceiling lights in the Living area came from?

Absolutely lovely house. I know it's supposed to be a 'starter' house but I much prefer small, elegantly designed homes for my sims to live in rather than the sprawling mansion type thing. I'm always trying to build interesting looking homes like this without much success. So thanks very much!

@ Rhadamanthia

I'm 820 Kms (about 500 miles) faraway from my home at the moment.

I don't remember where I got all items, but I can tell you for some of them:

- Couch and sofas, and endtables, in the living area are from Simplan-X (they are premium items). I don't remeber where I got the HI-FI system.

- Kitchen is from 4everSimFantasy.

- Couch and sofas in the sitting area upstairs should be from Laurana Set by 11dots.com.

- Bedroom set is from PimpMySims.

- Desk in the basement is from HolySimoly.

@ btrfly0666

Sorry . At the moment, I don't remember where I got the ceiling light. I'll check out when I come back home, and I hope I will be able to tell you .
