Laguna Beach primeres on August 16th on MTV @ 10 p.m. eastern time! I figured that it was appropriate to release this house now, two weeks in advance, so by the time that the show rolls around, you can look in envy at Lauren and Breanna Conrad's Mediterranean Oasis, and brag to yourself, that your wealthy sims get to live in it! Have fun with it, and please remember to comment! Pics Included, and other notes about the house the the bottom!

5x6 Lot
Cost: 139,552 Simoleons

The only thing that I could absolutely not get to work, was being able to have a garage that your sims could pull their vehicle into. The garage doors are there, and there are invisible driveways so that you can park your cars/trucks in front of the garage, but the garage doors are basically there to make the house look nice. Also, I forgot to add a tree, right where the steps begin to go downhill on the right side of the house. There should be a tree there.

I want to give a special thanks to Jonesi and Nengi! They helped me so much with figuring out the elevation part of the house, so that building this home was even possible, but this home has taken a lot of time and effort to build. I have slaved over the computer for a month a bit at a time, to finally finish a wonderful product. I hope you all enjoy! Comments Welcome!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

My furnishing are from: - this is where the sleigh bed is from preciouskittenn

most of my furnishings are recolors of other people's furniture from these websites. the recolors (most of them were done by "hopebayler", so look her name up because there are a lot of great downloads from pottery barn, and pier 1 imports! Enjoy!

Your link to the invisble driveway isn't working. Oh and, I didn't think you could upload meshes from Sims2luxe, at least that's what it says in their information section. You can upload recolors but not their meshes. Anyway, this is a great looking house. I deleted the last message cuz I thought I posted in the wrong section, lol, but I didn't.

All my creations can now be found HERE.
