This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Here is part V of my wall stud windows ...This is the framed out double window ...This works on both straight walls and diagonal walls and on diagonal the window opening size was kept the same to keep the appearance the right way ...Next up I think is a sort of roof truss system so you can have a framed roof look also ....

Faces : 200
Verts : 390

Cloned from independant expressions showcase shop window..I have all EP's including FFS so 1 or more might be necessary even though this is a base game object...

You can use these in uploaded houses to MTS2 ONLY !!!!!!!!!! you can also recolor but there is really no point in recoloring them as a 2 x 4 pretty much only comes in one natural wood texture ....Never upload anything of mine to the exchange or pay sites ....If you use these in your house uploads please give proper credit to me for creating the mesh !!!!!!

All comments are welcome and appreciated ...Feedback only helps creators !!!

tigmomx4 I knew maxis missed something when making the sims and you made it. It's perfect for when building on to my sims house like a nursery, so the building goes threw the build process. Instead of being unrealistic and it all being built a one time. Thanks so much for your hard work and these great meshes.

You are welcome ...I find it relaxing (have 4 kids) to just sit here and concentrate on making cool meshes , It gives me some alone time and in turn gives this wonderful community some new cool stuff to play with !

Just kind of stumbled across this, and I think its a great idea! Can do up a neighborhood with a few "completed" and "In the works" kind of lots. Very good job and idea. Thanks for the efforts you have put in for this project!
