This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

I know its not entirely accurate, lets just say is based on Vincent Valentine's hair until i get it perfect. In my opinion i think its pretty cool anyway

Dont get me wrong, i truly belive this is actually one of my most successful meshes but....

Promise you wont laugh? I spent many an hour doing this and i gave out a yell of triumph as the finishing touches were put in, my sister comes up behind me and gives me applaud and praise until she laughs. I ask "What" and she replys "his hair is the wrong way round"

*slaps forehead* Sure, the fringe is on the wrong side but i like to think its better than nothing and that its at least close.

Can someone let me know if they know a way to flip meshes round so the fringe is the otherside? awesome

Not retextured (want to have a go? go ahead)
Im aware its not 100% perfect but there is not gaps or animation problems just texturing,

Overall id say its good, but not great and il get to work fixing the bad texture and alpha when ive learned to flip it (not much point ...yet)
I was going to work on a full Vincent sim so if anyone wants to join in i wont be starting it for awhile anyway so any meshers/skinners want to help that would be cool

Vincent, once having a secret past with Shinra, joins Cloud in an effort to resolve the torture in his soul and the horror Shinra inflicted upon him. Although he is quiet and frail, a dark and frightening power hides within. Although it seems Vincent was merely a subject for experimentation, his existance his an even deeper secret.

I would have to have a crush on proably one of the hardest of all Final Fantasy characters to create for the Sims 2. Although it's not overly perfect, it's the very best Vincent Valentine hair out. And for that, I think you deserve 5 stars


Edit- Yes, he is the main playable character in Dirge of Cerberus (great game, but a bit on the short side) Along with Cait Sith and cameo's of the rest of the group.

Oh wow his birthday is approaching... I'll be sure to celebrate accordingly and buy a nice heafty slice of strawberry NY style cheesecake and watch Advent Children :P

Ah this hair is dudey! If I ever get bodyshop working (grrrr) then I would love to recolour this! Its such a great mesh. and I like the fringe being on the other side!lol. is there any chance of getting some more screenshots to show what the back of the hair looks like???? anyhow, THANK YOU!!

Great! I've been thinking on Vincent for a while and the only thing that bothers me are both the hair and clothing meshes... Well, now the only problem is the clothing mesh
I think you could give some little adjustments, but it still looks great as it is.

ohhhhhhhh this is a dream because I turn crazy searching a good hair for the vincent that I'm making, I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks so much! This is the best hair that I see for vincent, and the vincent is so perfect too! Gorgeus! great work!

This is super yummy! And its for our male sims which is even better! I am fed up of seeing too much for females but our men are slowly but surely getting gorgeous things like this! Thank you!

lol, i think by now we should all just laugh at the backwardsness

and yes is the Vincent's hair, but in wrong way, but this doesn't matter :p

The hair and the sim modeling them are lovley ( no ive no idear who he is, lol, sorry) but that picture of the original model (cartoon character?) looks kinda like Johnny Depp to me, so its bound to be good! lol
