In the process of getting ready for the new expansion, I've been tidying up some of my older construction projects, and found another of my personal favorites - the Englewood Bakery. Built as a home business, it has a bakery, patio cafe with expresso stand, office, employee area all below, as well as a one bedroom apartment upstairs.

This one is not only completely furnished, but even has an initial stock of desserts in the bakery itself.

Property size - 2x4
Cost - 77,465 simoleans

Custom content included [ By me ]
Bigger Trees - resized maxis trees.
Antique Rose bedding and curtains
Storybook Counter recolour - matches the storybook wood and the wine tiling
Silver Phone
Pink dining chair and table [ If there is a problem, please let me know and I'll add that file - its not showing up in the lot file. ]

Custom Content included [ By others ]
Macarossi plants, found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=190397 - and here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=195044

Hope you enjoy it, and keep an eye out for some new pets stuff soon!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Added it to the picture. Would be a nice feature in game though - perhaps in the next ep?
