Hello! I am pretty new to the world of Sims 2 (I had sims 1, but just recently got part 2 a couple weeks back after my friend got me addicted)

This is my first upload here, though I have been enjoying many of the wonderful downloads made by many of the other creative members here!

The red fox has always been my favorite animal in real life, so the first thing I did when I got Sims2 with the pets expansion was play around in the pet creation mode to try and make a decent looking fox.

This isn't my first attempt at a fox, but it's my best so far. Hopefully you all like it
I'll be making other fox colorings as well as some other animals too.

If I had the computer skills to, I would try and mesh a bigger tail and slanted eyes to make it more foxy
I also didnt see any way to get the top part of the snout red instead of white.

~Oh I just wanted to note in case there's any confusion that the last pic is real fox photos, not the sims fox. I had to upload photos of real foxes so the comparison to the sim one can be shown.

Please do not upload or distribute this fox, or any of my other creations. If you wish to share with others, please link them directly to the page here. Thank you!

~Tara~

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thank you so much for the compliments
Glad you like him!

BTW- Thanhlienh, you are so lucky you get to see foxes so often! I have been obsessed with foxes since I was a baby, I am 27 now, and NEVER saw a fox in the wild Not even when hiking or camping.
Only at the zoo. I would love so much to just see a free fox roaming about somewhere!

They have foxes in a zoo!?! O_o
They're roaming about at night in my city... although they're very shy and run when they see people coming. :-)

Thank you so much! Glad to see people like my fox so much ^_^

wyrdwing - yup most zoos I have been to have foxes. A few of the 'zoos' were more of rescue zoos where they care for animals that have been injured and can't live in the wild anymore (i.e. damaged by traps or guns, etc.)
But a few regular zoos I've been to had red foxes and fennec foxes.

hatespoo666 - yea foxes have been my favorite animal since I was a baby (also lizards/dinosaurs etc. I wish there were pet dinosaurs in sims 2. Maybe someone made or can make a mesh...), so I'm quite picky about them hehe.
