This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

(A new version of this Phoenix canariensis exist on MTS2)
It's a realistic Phoenix canariensis (Canary Island date - Dattier des canaries). A symbol of sunny countrys and warm climate.
There is in 4 height : 2 meters, 3m, 6m, 9m.

New mesh :
2m: 1716 faces, 1541 vertices
3m: 2066 faces, 1798 vertices
6m: 2138 faces, 1882 vertices
9m: 2186 faces, 1938 vertices

Please, don't recolor this mesh.

Have fun !

Are they new meshes? What are poly counts?

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Dr. Cameron: Men should grow up.
Dr. Gregory House: Yeah. And dogs should stop licking themselves. It's not gonna happen.
