This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
ADVICE ! exist a new version ameliorated of this palm (more realistic & less poylgons) : Super realistic palm : Coconut palm

Hello !

Here are 2 Cocos nucifera "upright" (Coconut / Cocotier)

NEW Mesh :
7,5 meters & 12 meters : 1290 vertices, 1307 faces.

The description in the catalog is in french.
Please, don't recolor my news meshes, don't use to make other object.

Now, you can upload all of my palms/plants, without my persmission,
but with 2 simples rules :

- NEVER in a part of PAY item, because I share my work for FREE !
- Give appropriate CREDIT AND LINK to the download on ModTheSims2.

Thank you, good game !

You need to change your name to Mr. Palms. I had no idea there were so many different kinds of palm trees. I really like the looks of the others in a lot -- I'm sure these will be just as wonderful.

You know your really my hero with all your latest creations! The only 'hood I have and play is my Puerto Rico and I was REALLY bored with the maxis choices. You have made it possible for me to make things super realistic and I appreciate it very much. THANKS!!!

Woops I forgot to add someting to my last post. I don't know if you take requests but something that would be an awsome addition, at least for me is something I have right in my own backyard... a pineapple plant with blooming pineapples and a coconut palm with coconuts.
