This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

After a number of requests of members of MTS2, here is the Strelitzia nicolaï (White bird of paradise / Oiseau de paradis blanc ou Oiseau de paradis géant).

They are avaible in 4 heights :
1,80m: 1050 vertices, 1100 faces.
3m: 1050 vertices, 1100 faces.
5m: 1112 vertices, 1163 faces.
7m: 1152 vertices, 1211 faces.

The description in the catalog is in french.
A readme file is included in download.

Plants with the flower and with teared leafs (laceration), are recolors of the same mesh, included in downloads.

Please, don't recolor my news meshes, don't use to make other object.

Now, you can upload all of my palms/plants, without my persmission,
but with 2 simples rules :

- NEVER in a part of PAY item, because I share my work for FREE !
- Give appropriate CREDIT AND LINK to the download on ModTheSims2.

Good game

Thank you so much for bringing us this beautiful plant and for bringing variety to our plant collection. This should be a featured item!
