The lacy veranda that embraces the exteriorof this Queen Anne home offers outdoor living space (porch) under its shady recesses. Inside, the great room features built in shelves and an entry to the front porch. The kitchen boasts an island countertop and White steinless stell appliances, and a breakfast nook also completes the kitchen.The first floor has access to a covered porch with the view of the street. The second floor contains one bedroom which is the master suite with bath and you can add your own walk-in closet. The home has a one car garage. Room for expansion.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
