Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Winter roads for winter terrain. Just put this file in your downloads folder, and you're green Neighborhood remove it. This isn't compatable with any other mods that edit the grasse terrain, so you'll need to remove them first.

The problems:
- Every neighborhood is snowy - hm, its no problem - it is winter , when you delete the file from downloads folder, that approaches the springtime
- Snow in neighborhoods is little yellow
- On lot beside you usual asphalt roads - Possible you should unlock a hutches of the road and delete freeway and create roads on a white snow with terrain.

To clean hack of snow roads from game, it is necessary to find in folder Downloads a file with the name nnnnewsnowtextureneighborhoods.package and to delete it. Then area return to an initial condition - a green grass and asphalt roads.

Added new file for dirt Nightlife Neighborhood.
That in the neighbourhood the snow was not yellow (radioactive?) - download a file of illumination (Snow lighting.rar) by Metroid Menace from here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=106552

Wow, this looks great! Could it be made for dirt neighborhoods also, for those of us who may already have a road replacement for lush (grass) neighborhoods? I would love to have this in my snowy neighborhood, but it's snow-replacing-dirt.

Your snow roads are so realistic.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

Yes! A snowy road system. Reminds me of home (Canada).

No, not really, lol that's stereotyping.

Anyway, very realistic, but I'd add one thing: make the trees that are in the neighborhood have some snow on them. That would finish it off perfectly for me. :D

There are many myths about planes. Not many people know them. My favorite one is the propellor one: The propellor is on the front of the plane, it cools the pilot, because when it turn off, the pilot starts sweating.

I searched this link and found no snow terrain that replaced dirt or concrete. Is is possible for someone to make this fantastic terrain replace concrete?

My stuff may be used in uploads if 1. Credit is given, 2. link to my page provided. Happy simming!

"winter terrain",which I can make , only instead of one of available types of a landscape (a grass, desert, and with Nightlife still a dirt and asphalt). I live there where the snow in the winter out and be assured that a snow cannot constant area, but only the temporary type of a landscape arising instead of a grass (a dirt, asphalt). Therefore I plan made the snow areas replacing dirt and asphalt (not in desert, in desert of a snow cannot be ). That the winter has terminated and there has come spring - remove my file with the name nnnnewsnowtextureneighborhoods.package from folder Downloads.

This is totally amazingly realistic. Loves the snowy neighborhoods. I just wish there was a way not all neighborhoods got that done once it's in cuz snow in California and Cuba?? *laughs*

Not complaining. I'll just live with it. Besides, it's a game. So many things aren't realistic ;p

NNNNatali I just love this snowy neighborhood what would be nice is to have your roads made into a floor tile that we could replace the roads in front of our houses. Is this possible? Just a thought and thank you very much for this mod.

Hm, snow in California and Cuba - its fantasy.
Therefore I have made a snow replacing a dirt in neighbourhood for those, who has Nightlife . California and Cuba cannot be in the field of a dirt, but only in the field of a grass
