This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hello,

Here is my new creation : a Butia capitata ( Palmier abricot / Cocotier du Brésil / Wine palm )

There is in 2 size.
POLYCOUNTS :
3m : 1484 vertices, 1454 faces
7m :1984 vertices, 1929 faces

Please, don't recolor them, don't use texture or mesh to make other objetcs.

UPLOAD in your lot :

Now, you can upload all of my palms/plants, without my persmission,
but with 2 simples rules :

- NEVER in a part of PAY item, because I share my work for FREE !
- Give appropriate CREDIT AND LINK to the download on ModTheSims2.

Thank you very much.

Good game,

Alex

Gorgeous. I wish I could figure out how to do a tree so well.

Thank you,

~Chris

There are many myths about planes. Not many people know them. My favorite one is the propellor one: The propellor is on the front of the plane, it cools the pilot, because when it turn off, the pilot starts sweating.

I downloaded your previous palms and they look great in game. These look really promising too. I was wondering though what your inspiration is for all these realistic palms? I don't mean to be rude but with your meshing skills you could do some great work. Don't limit yourself and try something new.

I look foward to your future creations and thanks for these.

I think all of your creations look great in the game, especially this one. Seen as Maxis has only provided one palm tree, these are a huge relief! They're great and I hope to see some more!
